CCDC Cabinet meeting on the evening of 20th August 2026 approved a spend in excess of £140,000 for the long overdue refurbishment of Cotswold Road Park in the Pye Green Ward for Hednesford.
This is to be paid for using the S106 monies from local developments. Hednesford Town Councils Project Support Officer is working closely with CCDC and will ensure that local residents have a say and influence on the items to be on included.
It is anticipated that the new playground will be completed by the end of March 2027
